Enhancement is much better, with a reworked Storm Strike, and totems are easier to use. It is versatile and solid, but mana is still the weak point, and Elemental usually only pays off later.

Strengths

  • Damage with shocks, Storm Strike and totems
  • Lots of utility and Ghost Wolf at level 20
  • Damage, healing and even tanking in early dungeons

Weaknesses

  • Mana problems while levelling
  • Many spells and totems to train (cost)
  • Damage may fall behind near level 60
